It’s a weekly commitment but if you cannot make it can you please let the chair know in good time.

Member Presentation

It is important to prepare your presentation in advance to ensure that you squeeze as much information in as possible.  For new visitors/members we have tried to make the experience less daunting with the following outline for the short presentation:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • A general statement as to what you business does
  • How your business helps your clients
  • What kind of clients you are looking for (be as specific as possible)

To get the most out of NETWORK NORTH; relationships need to be built but the format laid out above helps to get the most out of a first few sessions.

Referrals

At the end of the session there is a referral section. It is not anticipated that you will have generated any referrals during your first session – don’t worry! If you can simply say how you found the morning’s session that will be just fine.

In order to generate referrals it is important to meet one-to-one with all members in the group.  It’s a good idea to try to meet one member per week.
